As Broker Executive at Denver Realty, Melanie directly assists with the managing of sales and leasing listings. This entails overseeing and implementing the many facets of property marketing including internet exposure, printed materials design & development, copy writing, and even staging the units for maximum impact.

She handles operations for the office, and supervises the coordination of equipment, supplies, new brokers, scheduling, facility, filing, and much more. Melanie's strengths are organization and attention to detail, which are vital as we seek to serve our clients with personalized and professional service.

Melanie moved from Kansas in 2000, either working or living in Downtown Denver since then. She loves hiking, running, blogging, movies, watching American Idol, and going to concerts with her husband Gary.
