Leslie is a well-seasoned real estate professional. Prior to joining DRS, Leslie spent 16 years in the new home market, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a division of Ryland Homes. She has also spent time in Land Acquisition, Project Management, and all aspects of Sales and Marketing.

Leslie holds a master's degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in entrepreneurship and small business management from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Leslie enjoys outdoor activities, such as snowboarding, snowshoeing and hiking, and plays golf and ultimate Frisbee. She currently resides in Platt Park with her Labrador retriever, Buddy.
